False advertisement and bad customer service

I am writing regarding a promotion offered by Breville and Beanz back in June 2022. I bought an expresso machine and the promotion was to get with the purchase a value of $200.00 of coffee beans.

I received the machine with no problem.

Then went on vacation and no voucher. So I registered the machine on July 9, 2022 after my vacation. Beanz sent us a code but for one free bag, which was not the deal. I spent almost 6 hours on phone class with some nice agents and some rude ones (one even hang up on me), telling my issue over and over.

They told me that the promotion ended June 24 and they couldn't do anything for me. I sent them the proof of purchase to show that when I bought my product, the promotion was in effect. But still no help in this matter. This is false advertisement and I am very disappointed.

Breville is one of my favorite brand but your company deceived me by not honoring your part of the promotion.

I spent $499.99 plus shipping in the expresso machine with an awesome offer of $200.00 in coffee beans but now, I get only one bag. This is wrong and I will twice about believing your company in near future, and make sure to tell my friends to be aware of your false advertisement.

All I wanted from you was to honor part of your deal,
